How Can I Care for Myself Right Now?

Step #1: Six of Swords 

Stop beating yourself up!  Acknowledge your mistakes as lessons.  Don’t run away from them but embrace them for making you the stronger more knowledgeable person you are now.

Step #2: Ten of Swords

Even if things are hard right now, know that you have been strong enough to survive.  Release the grudges of the past and use your strength to begin a new cycle in your life.

Step 3: Three of Cups

Celebrate the good things and people that you have in your life.  Just because they may not be new or all you hope for in the world, don’t forget to have gratitude for what you have in you life.  Think of all your blessings and celebrate as if they just entered your life and how lucky you would be for the bounty you enjoy every day.  If you can, spend some time with the wonderful people in your life.
