I was just speaking with my father about my concern for my mothers weight. She is having a lot of trouble with arthritis and part of that is because she is carrying extra weight. My father encourages he to eat high calorie snacks while watching TV at night and I asked him to try and help her eat better. We will see if this talk has any effect.
